    Average hotel bad location for restaurants not great for walking but hotel was clean and welcoming.     I had to call in to WOH to book my room since I was using free nights as well as points, which resulted in three separate reservations so I called in the day before and the hostess was amazing, took care of it right away and upgraded me to the ambassador's suite.Check in was great, both valet and bell service was available.Room was perfect, I enjoyed the extra space and was surprised to actually have a balcony even though it just looked at other buildings and the street was crazy loud, it was nice to check out for a little while.The gym did not disappoint, but the pool was out of service, which they did let me know when I reserved. Gym was big with weights and plenty of cardio.Market was fully stocked as well as gift shop. Bar was nice and well stocked. But the breakfast service was my only complaint. The main hostess was quite hostile all three days I was there. I've never seen anything like it. However, the Buffett was incredible. Made to order omelettes as well as frittatats and salmon. FOOD Great, waitresses GREAT, main hostess needs help. Other than that, my experience was awesome.     Nice, comfortable room with easy walk to nearby bus stop. Endless nearby restaurant options. Housekeeping service was great. The internet access was good in the guest room, but incredibly difficult to connect in the conference rooms. The shuttle service was a great complimentary offering, and all hotel staff were accommodating and kind.     I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk personnel were outstanding, especially Nick and Virginia, who were always welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.The property was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast staff were friendly and made each morning enjoyable. The gym was also clean and well equipped.Overall, this is an excellent hotel for a business trip.
