    Not at all horrible, but not up to the level of other mid-priced hotels in the Dulles area. The shuttle service was very good, with an option to go to the nearest Metro station, or to the airport. Everything was clean, looked fine and smelled nice. However, it is much more suited to long-term stays. Not at all ADA accessible.Want your linen changed: do it yourself. Bring it to the office for a new set. Weird breakfast offerings some days, and an extremely cramped toilet: you can’t close the door unless you step into the shower! There’s no indoor or even covered access to the main building. Five separated buildings with open-air stairs and unprotected sidewalks, so if the weather is wet or cold, you’re SOL.So, never again for us.

    I was traveling home from overseas and needed to overnight in Dulles before catching the final flights home. The Sonesta ES Suites Dulles Airport was perfect for us. Catching the complimentary shuttle was fast and easy. The desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious and spotlessly clean. Would be ready to stay here again any time.

    Close to Dulles. Big, spacious suites. Quiet. Clean. 15-20 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Breakfast included, but weak - limited options and dull.Free airport shuttle, but it took me three calls and 35 minutes to get picked up (after they say 10 minutes on each call). Front desk was left unstaffed with a handmade "Back in 5 Minutes" sign. Good value.Overall, the suite felt dated and worn. Odd shaped spaces. Multiple buildings so it felt like staying in a condo complex. I would stay again if I had another meeting again the area.

    This hotel is in need of renovations. The furniture in the room was old and worn, the carpet was dirty and smelled, and the curtains had stains .The best thing about this hotel was the lobby and the staff. The deck outside of the room was dirty and in need of a paint job.it appears that the hotel needs to invest in the appearance of this place and need some serious attention .
