  I was going to a conference about 1 mile away and there weren’t many rooms available so I picked this one. The room was decent enough but at 4am in the morning someone decided to have a loud screaming conversation. The shower head did not work properly, streaming water everywhere. The rugs were dirty too. Also the check in process was very slow.

  This place is terrible. The room and hallways smell badly. The rooms need to be painted and cleaned and furniture and carpeting need to be replaced. It sounded like the guests in the room above us were going to fall through the ceiling. Wifi worked less than half the time we were there. Breakfast consisted of prepackaged bagels and muffins. The front desk staff was basically useless. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name on the building. Would recommend the Holiday Inn down the street. Had family staying there and they had no complaints. Don't believe the ratings TripAdvisor has on their website!!!

  The room is quite depressing. Stains all over the floor and bed trimmings. Dusty desks and rusty bathroom. Hallway leading to the rooms sticky and smelly. The staff are polite, but the property could use some cleaning and updated amenities. I would not recommend it to anyone else. Though this is not my worst hotel experience, it came very close.

  Don't stay in this roach infested disgusting hotel

  I am mad at myself that I did not research this hotel fully before making this reservation, but upon arrival the room was musty smelling. The carpet was old I thought, well I can deal with this but when we came back after our concert at night , it was a whole different vibe. There was broken glass in the parking lot. There were people smoking weed in the parking lot. It was very strong. It was late so we was already tired so I just wanted to go to bed, then I noticed roaches crawling up the wall, not one but several and our room smelled like cigarette smoke really bad like somebody was there. We made the decision to check out. We got a hotel down the street Holiday Inn Express, luckily they had a couple rooms left. I happily paid for the room for the night even though I knew I wasn't getting my money back from the other place but there was no way I could stay there! The pictures are very deceiving and they say they have breakfast but I only seen one little area by the front desk and it was a very small counter space so I would not bet on the breakfast there. Just don't do it! Not worth the savings just go to the better hotel.

  We were only passing through and needed a bed for the night, so we went for a cheap option. It was very basic, but you get what you pay for. Breakfast was coffee and a muffin or bagel, which was okay. The eating area was right in front of the check-in desk, which I found a bit strange.
