Location

Set in the heart of Georgetown, roughly 5 minutes' drive from the White House and downtown Washington D.C., and in close proximity to Georgetown waterfront. Washington Dulles International Airport is approximately 40 kilometres away.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 6-storey building with a lift and 96 non-smoking rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Other services include room service, an alarm call service and a laundry service. Complimentary newspapers are available. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Guests can enjoy a selection of sport and entertainment options. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym, a spa, a sauna and massage treatments.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a non-smoking restaurant, a café and a bar. A delicious breakfast is an excellent reason to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests can order dishes à la carte or choose a set menu. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We had a lovely stay at the Georgetown Inn while touring local universities. Room was decently sized and very clean. It was a plus to have the fitness center onsite. Room service breakfast order came very quickly and was reasonably priced (as far as room service goes). Location was the best part! It was perfectly situated to access food and shopping in Georgetown, the Georgetown campus, and the Georgetown waterfront. Also centrally located to American U, GW, and all the sights on the National Mall.

    Location is amazing, right in the heart of Georgetown, The rooms were nice, bright and clean. The Amenities (soaps etc) were a bit lacking. The bathroom was fine and clean but just OK. Overall great stay. The restaurant in lobby, 1310, is delicious!
