    Check-in office was closed and filled with junk. Hand written sign on the door said to go check-in at the days inn next door instead. Bathroom ceiling leaked, bathroom light didn’t work, it was noisy, dirty, and unsafe. I will NEVER go back to this dump.

    Awful place! The photos on this website are very misleading as it does not look anything like them! We arrived after dark and even the taxi driver couldn't find reception (the photo of the lobby is not correct!) We decided to go to Days Inn next door only to find out they were joined. Our relatives were already booked in and came down to meet us. We had been allocated a corner room as 'we'd booked so early' so we found it and stood chatting with our relatives for 5-10 mins. They left us and that is when the troubles started. The door wouldn't shut properly. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Sockets were hanging loose. There was so much dust and dirt on the carpet my feet were black. The ensuite bathroom was so dirty too. And to make matters worse the shower was hanging off the wall and running hot water. Not dripping, running hot water! We couldn't stop it! It was like a sauna in there! We couldn't sleep due to the noise both from the water and the fridge. When morning came we told our relatives that we were checking out and they agreed. It was the worst experience we had ever had! I would not wish my worst enemy to stay in that place!

    This is an average accommodation, but the price is fair for DC and quite close to the Metro. Location is reasonable. Can be downtown within 30 mins.

    The worst experience in my life

    Please update your photos. This place is a junk compared to the photos. Service is not good, no safety. I felt like I was robbed at a infected place. Good for homeless and junkies. Definitely do not recommend unless you don’t have absolutely nowhere to go and this is the option after you slept in your car for a couple nights.

    Do not book based on the photos, it’s nothing like that when you get there. Half the rooms have windows boarded up, absolutely filthy, and dangerous to be honest. We turned around and walked out and wouldn’t stay it was that bad. Don’t waste your money, there’s heaps of better places closer to the city.
