Facility

The hotel has 305 rooms and 15 suites, which are located on 14 storeys and are reachable by 4 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Treasure went above and beyond to ensure we had everything the hotel provided if needed. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, informative, and had excellent communication skills.     I booked it at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. My room was clean and spacious and had a lovely view of Thomas Circle and the Hotel's pool. Very conveniently located right around the corner of 14th Street, where there is an innumerable number of nice restaurants and bars. Very well located for easy access to D.C. attractions, by metro, car, or just walking. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I will certainly stay here again when I visit D.C. again.

    I meant to write this right after my stay, but I got distracted until finding the business card in my wallet just now. I stayed at this hotel for a two day professional event in early March. I've actually stayed here maybe two times before, but this review is for the most recent time. Location is great. Easy enough to navigate as an non-local. Rooms were good--maybe slightly outdated, but clean and quiet. My one complaint is that the keycards are really restrictive. We couldn't use our keycard to go to different floors besides our floor and the lobby. I was there for a networking conference, so there were times when we wanted to host little group hangs with other participants outside of official events, but it was really hard to do without having someone constantly chaperone the other participants around. It was more of an inconvenience than anything else though. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning. More importantly, the staff was super nice and helpful. Everyone was helpful, but specifically Asia was great and helped with questions I had about the neighborhood, with checking in and out, and my many requests to print out documents, like resumes and whatnot. I would definitely stay again in future visits.
