    We had a good overall stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, our heater was not working the first night and the room was very cold. The next morning we went to the front desk and the ladies there were very professional and kind. They apologized for the inconvenience and quickly moved us to another room, which we really appreciated.Breakfast was good and had nice options to start the day.The only downside for us was that the hotel only has one small elevator, which was not very convenient at times. However, aside from that, our stay was good and the staff handled the situation very professionally.     Overall, our stay was good. We enjoyed it especially the free parking.The TVs in the room are a bit old and outdated. Could do with an improvement.     Everything great. Except that I had a bad experience with the smoke herbs smelling in the room Even there is a non smoking room. I call front desk and the ladies were very rude.
