  Beware that f this property. Dangerous

  When we arrived at the Holiday Inn on Wednesday May 6 2026. We checked inn with a party of four senior men on motorcycles. We asked the lady at the reception desk if we were able to park our vehicles on an angle under the carport reception area. She had confirmed to us that was fine as many motorcycle riders do that and they are OK with it. We had just finished riding 3000 miles in the last 10 days and were completely fatigue being that we had to ride through the rain to get there. When we checked in with two rooms and four men, we walked through the reception area where there were four men sitting at a table with cases of beer around the table on the floor. The one fella out there, spoke out to us and said you better move those f ing motorcycles and that you can’t park there. We said that we have permission to do so, and he replied if you don’t move them, you’re going to find them kicked over, laying on their side, smashed up. He was rude and belligerent with his friends as they continue to threaten us with violence. We went to our rooms to discuss the situation and decided it was best for us to leave so we went back down to reception to check out. We explained to the lady that was there that we would like to speak to a general manager, and she said no one was there other than her. We had noticed then there was a lady sitting at that time with those four men, and she was saying that she would need to change the rules about the parking as there is no signage. We asked reception if she had worked there and she said no. And then turns out that she was the general manager who was sitting with the party of four belligerent men. It appeared that they were all friends. She came and talked to us in a very rude fashion yelling at us. She was very unprofessional and her behaviour as an employee or a senior employee was completely unacceptable and her name Angel Neff. We decided to pack up. She tried to convince us that nothing would happen to our motorcycles with a personal guarantee. She also said that she would have the guy that threatened the damage the motorcycles would put it in writing that he wouldn’t act on his words. We thought that was the most ridiculous thing we’ve ever heard. As we were leaving four men came out again and confronted us violence saying goodbye goodbye you’re leaving. Turns out these men are residents staying at the Holiday Inn express and have been for many years. I believe with their behaviour that it is costing the Holiday Inn bad press. We were not able to get a refund as we booked on Booking .com We will be taking this to a higher level. Beware of this place as it is very unsafe.   Big disappointment

  Where do I start. No status acknowledgment when I checked in. The furniture is beat up. Look at the picture of the desk chair. The ere were stains on the desk as seen in the picture. All house keeping did was basically change the towels and replaced the toilet paper. There were a couple of wrappers on the floor all week. The gym equipment wasn’t great. They had bands but no handles for them. And the big one for me was the hot tub was out of order. That was the main reason I picked this hotel. Any other time I’ve seen that it always posted on the website, but not this time. I won’t be back.   Our room was literally the nicest room I've had in years. Spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were the perfect touch to wrap up a long day and start the next. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you for giving us a wonderful environment to enjoy quality family time!

  Great Price, Clean Room, Close to Everything Including Pittsburgh!

  We had a comfortable bed, a clean room, friendly staff, and paid a reasonable price to stay close to the casino and shopping. Highly suggest this hotel for stays in Washington, or close to downtown Pittsburgh.

  This hotel was consistent with Holiday Inn’s reputation for a good place to stay. Located near several fast food restaurants and down the road from a Casino with more restaurants in the same complex as the casino. The room was clean, but dated. The bathroom had a tub instead of a walk-in shower. The room temperature was preset to go no lower than 68. Not horrible, but we like our room cold! The staff were pleasant at breakfast- served the usual omelette, sausage, breads, etc. but all were fresh. All in all, a nice experience and we would go back again.
