    The facility is near a huge shopping outlet Tangiers didn't have time check it out. The 4th floor is where you'll want to be. They actually gave me a choice I chose the 4th not knowing it was the access floor to the casino. I hadn't plan to go and didn't so my exploring nature didn't get fulfilled on that visit!     Room was very Spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly. We easily fit 3 of us in the room. Convenient to the casino.     No water, no communication

    Upon check-in I was not informed the water was not working. I found out when got into my room and tried to take a shower. When I called the front desk, the person informed me the water would not be available for a few hours. When I asked why they didn't tell me that when I checked in 10 minutes prior, they didn't respond, no apology, no response at all. The thermostat has an over-ride, so good luck adjusting to a temperature that is comfortable for you. I kept adjusting it, but the temp stayed the same with the fan on high. The room was fairly clean. The hotel is newer but very worn out and not well maintained.     Nice Place but Beware of Restaurant Access Restrictions

    Hotel was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Beware, if you plan on staying here and utilizing the restaurant by the casino, just know if you have teens or kids under 21 you will not be able to go into the restaurant as they will not allow you to walk through. Makes no sense that they don't have any other access other than from inside the casino.
