  A must see, a must go and visit, to simply put it, it is an absolute must vacation!You are completely surrounded by the most beautiful mountain views you’ve ever seen but more importantly, the service you receive from management and every other staff member is unforgettable, to the point where they go over, and beyond to make you feel welcome!You will for certain want to share your experience with family and friends, who is looking for an experience of a lifetime.

  Abigail was unbelievably rude with such a lack of professionalism and courtesy. I asked if my card would be charged anything and she said like $35 a day. I had no idea about this fee. RCI did not inform me and i travel with them all the time. I was told there was a $15 a day fee by RCI. She proceeded to tell me that RCI lies all the time and that it was not her problem. If you use RCI you are affiliated with RCI and they represent you. I own my own company and her lack of concer, customer service, is unacceptable. She could have made me feel a lot better but was instead combative and told me I could leave instead, and that there was no one else I could speak with. It was a horrible way to start my stay, and I am disputing the 238 charge.

  This resort is a great resort as a base for travel to Rocky Mountain Natl. Park. Being on the western side there is less travel and easy access to the park. There are several restaurants near by.
