  Nice big rooms, but no views

  This resort is nice in general, and the rooms are updated and large. We noticed issues with the balcony not being safe due to cement not holding the poles for the railings. Views are of the pool and surrounding units instead of the beautiful area. Very few resort activities in March. Staff was friendly and helpful. Internet was $10/day or $50/10days which should be included. furniture was hard to sit on and sparse. Beds were hard as well. Unit had everything included that you would need.

  This was such a perfect vacation rental. The view was outstanding. It was quiet and super clean. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We can’t wait to return.

  They will take your credits and not give you the reservation

  The rooms and quality is not half bad, but be very careful with World Mark. They look for every opportunity to upcharge you and take advantage. I was heading down for a business trip and we made a last minute reservation the night before, but there were some issues with the calendar that was giving us some problems. So we called first thing in the morning to try to get it resolved. They didn’t have the right days so we decided to cancel it so we could go find another location That’s when we found out that they were going to keep all of our credits our clean fee. So I asked for them to reinstate the reservation then, and they said no you forfeited your credits and your cleaning fee so you can’t stay there nor do you get a refund. So, if that’s the type of company they are, I would suggest looking elsewhere. We spoke to their customer support and went to Tiana, but she showed no sign of care or remorse. There’s plenty of companies that will bend over backwards to take care of their customers’ reasonable requests, and then there are those who will look for every opportunity to charge you and take advantage of you. Unfortunately, our experience was the latter.

  We had stayed at this resort several years back and wanted to come back again to enjoy the area and the resort. You couldn't ask for more caring staff and perfect accommodations. It's close to everything, Zion, Bryce, and Cedar Cliffs. A great stay for the family.
