  Good location next to the shopping center; beds were very comfortable; rooms were clean, check-in and check-out staff were not very friendly, breakfast was mediocre, some of the food was old and there was little variety. The hotel’s amenities do not meet 4-star standards—it’s more like a 3-star hotel.

  its nice hotel actually its clean and its close to the bus terminal ... the front desk are not so smiley seems like they are not so welcoming hahaha but everything is good i hope they have water atleast its so important but they dont have it thats all

  Extremely good service, both desk hotel representative made us felt very welcomed. The room was very spacious and the location is perfect handy to shops, next to the main bus station for areas outside of Montevideo. We have dozen times and we will stay there again prior to flying back home

  Apart from being a great location close to departmental transport and the hotel including the rooms are very clean the staff are extremely friendly and courteous plus they go out of they way to help - This is are second time stying in the hotel and we would highly recommend it

  The hotel is right in front of the bus station and mall. I often went on foot to the city centre and only took around 40 minutes. The food (in the bedroom's fridge and from the kitchen) is delicious and reasonably priced (highly recommend the veggie wok!).Breakfast doesn't have too many options, but can't complain about it as it's delicious and offers quite a variety of food (2 types of bread; many fruits; media lunas freshly baked; 4 types of cake; 4 types of cereal; can ask for scrambled eggs).The staff is very attentive and can speak Spanish, Portuguese and English, but they can't offer many tips on visiting the city. The room is comfortable and the shower is great. Internet is fast. Only problem is the TV: couldn't change from Spanish to original language.
