The Dazzler is in a central location near numerous attractions, restaurants, etc. It is very well maintained, clean, and the staff is helpful and cordial. In departing the Dazzler, we realized we had left a bag behind; the General Manager and his staff were prompt and thorough in locating the bag and arranging its transport to our home in yje U.S. If I could rate the Dazzler with SIX stars, I would!

The Parking garage is not theirs, and they have no idea if there is space

The hotel advertises it has parking in the building. I called to ask if they could assure me a space, ah no...they said...they had no idea. I had to call the parking garage to see if there was space. Really???

Rude and unwelcoming staff

The staff at the front desk was rude during my entire stay. They treated me as if I was a bother to them even when I was checking in and out. They would not help me with tours or selecting restaurants. I do not recommend this hotel to women female travelers. I tried to ask for directions in Spanish and they ignored me.

We stayed here as part of our G Adventures tour. It's an amazing hotel in the heart of the city. Most attractions are in walking distance or a short car ride away. The hotel itself is very luxurious, clean and modern. The breakfast provided is amazing, lots of choice and variety. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome in a busy hotel. Only slight issue we had was our shower temperature was difficult to keep the same, it tended to go from hot to cold without the nozzle being moved. It didn't ruin our stay though and we would highly recommend.
