Clean, very helpful staff, excellent location near Playa de los Pocitos, and in easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The shower was great with plenty of hot water, & lots of room in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, temperature in the room fine, good AC. This hotel was exactly as described, not a luxury hotel, but not deficient in any way, and given the location, the price was better than excellent. The elevator was a bit small, but it is a small hotel. Communication with the hotel in advance of our arrival was good.

The room was impecable. A king bed, with a small single bed as well, a good sized bathroom, and large windows.The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel has an excellent location less than 100 m from La Rambla near the heart of Pocitos.My only complaints are that my side of the bed was hard (😢) and that the shower tended to leak a bit into the washroom because of its height.I will definitely come back.

Nice, clean, big rooms with balcony, the location cannot be better, 100 meters from the river, restaurants, coffee shop, supermarkets, change / bank in a walking distance, great staff, Just stay away from the breakfast!

I booked my room based on TripAdvisor reviews and the photos on the hotel’s website. Unfortunately our room did not live up to expectations. Good points: location safe, nice local places to eat, a number of local supermarkets, a laundry across the road, good aircon, all staff very friendly (one with excellent English). Bad points: squashed mosquito on tiles near bathroom sink for the whole stay, chipped toilet seat, water hot enough but shower not very strong, towels seemed well worn, rubbish not cleared fully during room service, room service very late, lacking a sharp knife to cut food eg. fruit, sheets stained, a sour smell in the bed (pillows?), the ocean view is a snippet of water through a couple of windows.That’s probably enough to give you the picture. I wouldn’t stay again.

Great Location Close to Pocitos Beach

We stayed here for a week and found 27 Suites to be comfortable and in a good location. We had a nice balcony that overlooked the residential area we were in and we spent a lot of time out enjoying the view. The room was a little bit spartan as far as the kitchen area went but we did have breakfast and lunches in our suite. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The area was great for walking as far as restaurants and shops. There was a grocery store a few blocks away and also a great bakery. The beach was just steps away and we enjoyed walking along it. Also the bus service into the city is very good from here and we rode the bus most days that we went into the old town etc. Very frequent service. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly.
