Location is so-so - far from the main attractions ... many of staff do not speak English, however they are very helpful ... there was no hot water in the morning ... breakfast is OK, but same stuff every day. Very small rooms
23 Feb 2020
Good location and the best internet speed I’ve experienced at Ibis hotels. But the rooms are VERY, very small - seriously, there’s no room for an open luggagge anywhere on it. Also the breakfast is terrible, quite limited. Don’t get confused by the brand Ibis - it’s not the regular Ibis, it’s just Ibis Budget with a rebrand. It’s OK if you’re looking for a budget option. Gonzalo Vellozo, Atención al cliente/recepción at ibis Styles Montevideo Biarritz, responded to this review Dear MarcosAlves,Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay at our hotel. We are glad to hear that you found our location convenient and that our internet speed exceeded your expectations. We understand that the size of our rooms may not be suitable for everyone, as they are designed to offer a budget-friendly option for our guests. However, we will definitely take your feedback into consideration as we continue to evaluate and improve our offerings.Regarding breakfast, we apologize that it did not meet your expectations. We will work to improve our breakfast selection and quality to provide a better experience for our guests. We appreciate your comments and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.Best regards,Gonzalo VellozoSub Gerente

new hotel with great style. the room was clean and cosy, a little small. reception were kind and helpful (even though their english was limited...). big breakfast room but at certin hours, was very crowded with no free places to sit. (we went back to our room, and returned later...) the breakfast was OK.
