A truly wonderful hotel. The service was impeccable. Location was perfect. Food was great. The rooftop bar was one of the best/nicest we’ve seen anywhere. And they had their own fireworks for New Year’s Eve!

Just a great location and staff. The rest more a 4 start hotel than a 5 start.

The only reason to be there the location, the quality of the team and the beach house. Te rest just Ok: clean rooms but outdated average breakfast. You may want to pay the high privé to be near the beach, but ask for a front view room.

The hotel is in a great location, staff very friendly and always ready to help.Room is comfy and bathroom designed very well. The beach is just steps away.We are coming back!!

Fantastic hotel

We stayed at the Grand Hotel Punta del Este for just two nights, but had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and elegant, and we felt very warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Our room had a stunning sea view, which made the stay even more special.Even though it was low season, all the facilities were perfectly prepared for both adults and children for high season. The rooftop bar is fantastic, with breathtaking views over the city and an amazing glass floor. We chose this hotel based on Google reviews and are very happy to recommend it to others as well.

Fabulous hotel with ocean view.

Large hotel on the seafront with amazing sea views. A short taxi ride into Punta del Este, or a leisurely hour walk along the coast.Excellent, spacious room, comfortable and clean with big television! Huge bathroom with separate bath and big walk in shower. Indoor and outdoor pool. Indoor pool and jacuzzi are a great place to relax. Plenty of towels available.The spa staff were lovely.Bright restaurant and bar area in the lobby, and a fabulous rooftop bar overlooking the sea.Probably the largest and best breakfast choice I’ve seen, plentiful buffet and also cook to order, really delicious.Extremely helpful staff, particularly Ernesto on reception who provided great information about the area and was very knowledgeable and pleasant.
