  This is the best hotel in town I could find. They gave us a double room on the 9th floor, plenty of bench space in the room and in the bathroom, a nice shower with plenty of hot water, comfortable bed with a doona, the only improvement I could suggest would be carpet on the floor (we were there in July). The location is great, smack bang in the middle of the down town shopping area.The only unpleasant surprise was a US$10 per day fee for parking, however, for this they provided a caddy service where they parked the car for you in their garage.Complimentary coffee and Iced water i the lobby was nice, and the staff I found to be friendly and professional. For all these reasons this hotel get my seal of approval with five big stars.

  I was so surprised with the quality of the Hotel, specially because the other hotels I have stayed in the city were awful. The rooms are exactly as the picture shows. I have no words to describe the breakfast, absolutely delicious. The only down side is that the hotel does´t have a room service, but there´s a great restaurant in the same block for lunch and dinner (the best meat in Rivera).

  Probably this is the best option in Rivera. Modern Hotel, good rooms, confortable and cozy. Good breakfast and near to the city center, with many shopping options nearby. It is our first choice when visiting Rivera

  The hotel is new, rooms are very comfortable, although bathroom is quite small. Very clean and nice front desk service. Maybe the valet service is complicated due to garage dimensions and/or quantity of vehicles. The only thing to improve would be to have more options on the breakfast service offer as it is quite basic.

  This hotel is new, nice and clean.Decoration is cool and modern.Staff are mostly rookies, do not have clear ideas how to react on problems or customers requests.Brakefast is good but parking is small and complicated.Location is one of the best for shopping and dinning.It is for sure a great option on this town
