Nice, clean and spacious room, though bed was bit on harder side., AC in good working conditions, breakfast had variety, well maintained swimming pool and gym. Only drawback is it is far from all must visit locations. taxi would charge approx 31000 som one way for each city trip.

Bad location. Very far from all good places. Bad smell in the rooms, the beds in the rooms like a rock!! No telephones in the rooms. The staff at the front desk not friendly. Good pool and both saunas. A very good steak house and coffee shops nearby with great service!I would not recommend this hotel!Very poor wifi connection, the carpets in the rooms are dirty. Good variety of food at the breakfast but not tasty. The lifts are very slow.

AC shuts down every 2 hours because of some electrical issues and I have to manually reset it through the electrical board in the closet. I kept waking up at night because it got too hot. So my sleep was very bad.Room carpet is dirty. Hallway carpet is dirty.Only saving grace is that the staffs are wonderful. I would have rated higher if not for the AC shutting off every 2 hours and I have to physically reset the electricity on the electrical panel inside the closet.

I stayed at this hotel during the first few days of my stay in uzbkstan. The rooms are very big and clean and provide kettle , coffe , fridge , toiletries all the necessary. a safe was provided on request . the cabinets are very big , had an iron and ironing stand available. the heating worked well and there was hot water. House keeping was very quick . each time i needed to get my laundry done the did it as quickly as possible and provided me the clothes back on time. reception staff was helpful in helping me communicate with my friend as she knows little english. the hotel is far from the city but its in a nice quite location. there is a market near by, a cooffee shop downstairs and a saloon and restaurant as well. The breakfast was really well thought through since everyday there were different items in the menu and i never got bored of the breakfast. a beautiful decorated centre table at the restaurant with confectionaries, dry fruits , fruits ,pastryies, cakes , salads and sweets was my favourite thing to see in the morning. you can hear the sound of the tap runing from the other room but it was not too loud for me but it something i could hear so i will point this out. other then that the hotel is really good for the price . i recommend

We have stayed in this hotel for about a month. Overall the hotel is excellent. The staff is friendly always with smile. The hotel might be a little bit far from the city center but it's a budget for your pocket. It has a lot of facilities: such as swimming pool, sauna, restaurant, gym and conference halls. Food is delicious. Restaurant staff is helpful and approachable. The best regards are to the manager of the restaurant Saparov Yerjan who took into consideration all our tastes and managed to provide with delicious meals.
