  We want to thank Yosin at the front desk for his amazing help during our stay. He efficiently sorted out our overbooked room problem, and was incredibly patient when communicating with us despite the language difference. His care made our experience much smoother!

  Good standard hotel in a central location

  Staff are friendly and helpful; rooms are standard but clean and functional. A decent breakfast is served and it is useful that the hotel has an ATM and change machine. The hotel is situated at the back and adjacent to a large KFC drive through. Just try and make sure your room is either not facing in this direction or high enough up to be looking above it. Sadly were on the 3rd floor looking directly at the sign and above the restaurant bin alley. Also, the aircon in all rooms is set to a standard 25 degrees which was actually quite warm. You have to ask to get it reset for a lower temperature.

  Clean and comfortable hotel a short drive from the airport

  The hotel is fresh and modern, located just a ten minute drive from the airport. The room was modern and comfortable with amenities like a mini smeg fridge and a good hairdryer. The breakfast buffet was clean and varied (the cheesy spinach pastries were especially delicious)& there were also various fruits, nuts and pastries as well as hot items. We enjoyed wine and beer in the small bar area at the front (only cards were accepted, not cash) there is a KFC and a Costa Coffee shop next door. Although it was on a fairly busy road we didn’t hear any noise. It was pleasant to walk around the local area.

  The check in was smooth and when asked for info about attractive sights was very informative. The breakfast was good and the hotel location was very convenient to most of the places we wanted to visit. Will recommend to my friends .

  It’s a very nice hotel. you can walk to the Independence Square, it’s not that far. On the back of the hotel there are many nice restaurants.A very large KFC downstairs.Breakfast is nice.Soundproof is not that satisfying. It’s near the street.
