The hotel offers spacious rooms and generally provides good service. The swimming pool and outdoor area at the rear of the property are pleasant and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment for guests.The staff at the entrance/exit and reception are consistently warm, welcoming, and professional. Particular commendation should be given to Ms Fatima, who is stationed at the hotel entrance/exit near the reception area inside the hotel, for her consistently exceptional service, proactive approach, and genuine attentiveness to guests.The bar service, which can be slow, with orders needing to be repeated before they are fulfilled. Overall, the positive attitude and dedication of the staffcontribute significantly to the guest experience.

Very welcoming staff. Amazing breakfasts. Nice outside area with a pool, lovely halls on the first floor. The only problem is some rooms are pretty old and dirty

The Lotte Palace in Tashkent was lovely. Nice room. Bathtub is a little high. Service is great. Restaurant was very nice.

First time at a Lotte Hotel and not disappointed. Spacious rooms, friendly staff with very good English. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Evening meal bit disappointing
