    An excellent choice in Caracas

    rating30 Mar 2026

It's not so easy to find good and affordable accommodation in Caracas as a business traveller these days, but I can recommend the Melía for sure! Very friendly staff, good food, impressive lobby, spacious and cosy rooms, and a fully-equipped gym. The pool desperately needs a cleaning though. But generally: An excellent choice. Hotel Manager, Owner at Melia Caracas, responded to this review Dear Sir,We sincerely appreciate your thoughtful review. We are delighted to hear that our team's friendliness and the culinary offerings met your expectations during your business stay.Your appreciation of the lobby's welcoming atmosphere and the comfort of our spacious rooms is truly encouraging. It’s wonderful to know that our gym facilities added value to your experience. We regret the inconvenience caused by the pool.Your recommendation as an excellent choice in Caracas is the greatest compliment we could receive. We are looking forward to welcoming you again.Best wishes,Kiara Silva , Guest Experience Manager

    Hotel Melia

    rating14 Sept 2024

I stayed at Melia regarding a conference for almost one week. The hotel is big, clean, staff are very kind and helpfull. Food is good. The neighboor ir full off stores and big streets like avenidas. You can feel completely safe in the hotel and dont need to go so fat away to buy thing, the are already a lot of stores next to the hotel including a new builed mall. Hotel- cmanager, Owner at Melia Caracas, responded to this review Dear Cihanki,Thank you very much for this kind review of your recent stay. We're delighted to hear that our team's hospitality met your expectations and that you found our hotel immaculate and accommodating. It's wonderful to know you enjoyed our gastronomic experiences, highlighting the quality of food at our Mediterráneo restaurant. The safety and comfort of our guests is our top priority, so we're pleased you felt secure and appreciated the convenience of nearby shopping options, including the recently built mall. We look forward to seeing you again soon.Best regards,Kiara Silva Phone +58 212 628.31.11 - Ext.4023, Guest Experience Manager
