  Although the hotel premises are a little outdated and need renovation, the rooms are quite comfortable. But if you can, try to avoid this hotel. The alternatives are not numerous but they exist. The service, with a few exceptions like Carlos (the Lifeguard), is almost non existent. The reception ist cold and almost unfriendly. The food expensive and just ok. The cocktails do not deserve their names here. The reservation desk rude. They are very effective at requesting payments; we were called at 11 pm to remind us that they forgot to invoice 2 Rum and Cola!The pool area ist quite nice but they allow people to bring their own music. When we were there an arabic family close to us listened to such tremendously loud music that we had to flee. We felt in Arabia and not in Latin America. And nobody said a word.We have stayed at this hotel a few times and this was the last time. Sorry Carlos.Summary: Avoid it if you can.

  Very nice swimmingpool, rooms are ok a bit humid, food in restaurant expensive and not good as restaurants in Caracas,lication if restaurant very nice close to swimmingpool... in all i like to stay there as is very safe, close to airport abd i enyoj swimmingpool... otherwise forget close beach or to see anything interesting in this area.. so you just stay in hotel whats quite ok fir max 1 week

  Good facilities such as the gym, pool, and sun area, also, and surprisingly, it has a tennis and squash court. Rooms in need of modernization.Mostly utilized by Cabin Crew from airlines. Restaurant very good.

  Friendly staff,kitchen is good at cheap prices.Nice view at the sea.Rooms especially the bath and shower need a facelift.Wifi signal is very good.Overall a good hotel to stay a couple of nights in Caracas.

  Most of the airlines still flying in and out of Caracas base their pilot and cabin crews here on layovers and it is easy to see why. It's about 15 minutes from the airport, is up a steep driveway on a hillside with views out to sea from most rooms. Very secure, nice terrace and pool, absolutely standard big modern hotel. I've no idea what I paid as I was in a group but I imagine the walk up rate would be pretty steep as it's quite swanky.Desk staff spoke little english and food in the restaurant ranged from quite accomplished to distinctly average so it's a bit of a lottery. Sometimes communication was difficult with the lack of english spoken and a general cluelessness about what customers might want but that is as much to do with the lack of tourists they have and hence a lack of practice!
