I stayed there in june 2022. The hotel is modern, in a pleasant area of Caracas. Great central location in los Palos Grandes, near a huge supermarket. The roof terrace with pool is beautiful and has views of the city. There is also a nice bar in the lobby area.

I stayed here 5 days. Perfect location. Staff are amazing and super friendly. Great location also. Rooms are perfect, only down fall is it would be nice if they had fridges in the room. Power shower which was nice. The bed was super comfortable. The gym needs a little more touch to it but I guess it’s not too bad. The terrace is amazing the pool is great temperature and it’s over looking some amazing views of the city.

There is no attention from the fromdeskt during the night, in the room they only leave you two small bottles of water, I recommend you buy water or food at the pharmacy that is nearby since there is no service after 10 pm until 7 am.

Pestana Caracas is back!!

It was an amazing return to Pestana Caracas, at Chacao, in Caracas.! We can see it is another 'soft openning', but all the staff is on the right way!A city like Caracas needs an hotel like this Pestana, with is amazing swiming pool at 18.º stage!

Don't eat here unless you like paying a lot of money for food that is at best, just ok. The staff are so attentive that it boarders on annoying. There is no prices on the menue so I think they make them up.
