  Nice hotel, although a little dark and dated as is everything in Venezuela. In the centre of what is the most pleasant and safest part of Caracas, Chacao.I would like to give a top thumbs up to Alejandro on the front desk. Really nice guy, like an unpaid tour guide. Nothing too much trouble for him.

  Perfect stay downtown Caracas. Staff are all very very attentive and friendly. Hotel is located in La Castellana, a very good area in Caracas. Room was large and perfect sleep comfort. A very good choice to stay in this busy town. Breakfast has a huge choice of cold and warm dishes.

  Worst hotel EVER- I got a suite with access to the lounge but when I arrived the lounge was under repairs but they never bother to update it on their website and refuse to provide a small refund for the trouble. Rude to point of being insulting. - The rooms are un down dirty and not updated- The food at the restaurant is very limited and disgusting- They messed up with the payment and lock me out of my room so that I had to deal with their mistake three days into my stay one night when I can back from a long day of work- I paid my consumptions with 100 dollar bills but they never gave me any change back neither in dollars nor in bolivars as they claimed they had no change and that they would sort it out but I left and my change is still missing- I had a suite

  They where going to give me an upgrade they told me to wait so I wait in the loby at 3 pm they told me the room wasn’t ready so I still wait in the loby at 9 pm they told me the room was taking but I should go tomorrow to see if they can find me another room for the upgradeI don’t think the managers should make the front desc people lo lie and make you waste time
