Wonderful location on one of the nicest beaches on the island but the place is very run down. The staff on the other hand are great and work tirelessly to please the customers. The biggest negative was the food, very little variety and lesser quality.

Overall very good stay with serious effort by staff (manuel, eric, alexandra, gilbert, Luis and chamber ladies) but need more staff to attend for a ture all inclusive all the time. Pools great, when open sauna and weight room good, restaurants good to very good, and faicilites ok but a bit run down. Please do not book with Oasis travel that are recommended by hotel. both days had less than promised performance and attractions and especially dolphin VIP tour. that all said, the staff and beach salvaged the trip and we enjoyed. We will go back to Margarita byut not Hesperica

My family and I spent our August 2018 vacation. All the staff, especially at the restaurants provided exceptional customer service, especially Mr. Yvan Gomez. We stayed there for eight days, the food was good, Marie at the front desk went out of her way every morning to bring hot water for my mom who drank tea at 5:00 a.m.All the staff were eager to help in anyway they can. My only recommendation is that they add more to the dessert menu, otherwise the meals were tasty.Will definitely be visiting again next year.

My family and I usually make a yearly visit to the island of margarita... and we have been to countless hotel .. however the customer service stand out the most when we visited Hesperia... the drinks where amazing, breakfast was definitely my favorite... empanadas was the best I ever had ... HOWEVER MARIE AT THE FRONT DESK STOOD OUT THE MOST her kindness patient to my family , friends and I was way beyond our expectations,she always there whenever we need a 24/7 service... Maria room service made us the most amazing bed design.. dinner on beach wowThe last night of our stay we received local cuisine that was accepted tasted like I was right here on trinidad ... that chef 🙌🏿 ..

This was the best vacation i ever had,everything was super good,the place was clean at all times,the staff all hard workers to make sure your stay was excellent always smiling and pleasant, especially MARI the receptionist wow she was the best,rooms,meals,pools,bars,taxi service and of cause shopping i recommend here anytime if you want a real vacation also the ambiance wow i love it..see you .. 👍😎
