Located at the northernmost coast of the island, this hotel is close to the best beaches of the island. On the left of the hotel you will find Playa Zaragoza, a small protected bay. Puerto Cruz beach is also close by, and is 2.5 km long. The hotel is also 25 minutes away from the Santiago Mariño Airport and 30 minutes from Porlamar, the main town on Margarita.

Guests have a choice of 72 junior suites, 6 suites, 88 apartments and 159 double rooms located in a 2-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service. Amenities available at the holiday village include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Quite controversial impressions from the hotel

In the general hotel middle-level. There are positive moments, but there are many strange and inappropriate things. For example, the tennis court with hard and uneven coating is not included in all-inclusive and worth $ 10 per hour. But the most amazing - the next evening guys on reception asked for him 12$/hour. In other words, the guys on the reception themselves come up with a price on their mood. Price list they could not show, the manager was absent at the hotel. Find out the cost of additional services on the Sunsol website and contact messengers did not work - no one answers, there only can be book a room, but not contact the quality service.I haven't seen anyone use the court in 4 days, so why was it built? :-) SUNSOL Hoteles, Marketing at Sunsol Ecoland & Beach Resort, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for your feedback. The hotel overall was okay, pools are nice and the food was okay, The staff however was very disrespectful, front desk was very arrogant, the rooms was not cleaned properly and no elevators to make easy access for the older ones. Upon arriving there was only one trolley guy so the others had to roll their suitcases for themselves. It was very uncomfortable. expectations and reality

the staff cannot speak english, even those at the lobby, so it was difficult,there is no coffee available throughout the day, only at mealtimes, none in the room, they only provide bath towels, so walk with your hand towels and rags,the staff was courteous but not friendly, i met 3 who were, ANGEL located at the lagoon, ELIZABETH AND BENJAMIN at tilipia restaurant.if you have to get to the entertainment, cinema, or any form of what is advertised, you have a good walk, or you can wait for the truck/bus to take you which is bumpythe room was clean, but there is a lot of flies on the outside - pool lounger and bar area. the food was basic - good, clean, nothing to say wow.... no orange juice available, the snack everyday was hotdog and burgers, no variation.although they advertised 4 restaurant, each one has the same menu so it makes not sense going to another. the beach is cold and very rough not for kids or non swimmers.the night entertainment was poor.on a scale of 1-10 i say its a five. The experience was amazing !!! 😍 😍 My family visited the resort for my birthday . It was love at first sight . The hotel exceeded our expectations Alot of activities to choose from .the ladies at the paddle boat Luisana,ana, scarleth and Ismael were very friendly and helpful . The food was a lot to choose from and catered for most people . I most enjoyed the layout of the resort!!
