    Great hotel in the heart of Hanoi.

    Really nice hotel in the heart of Hanoi. Close enough to walk to the old quarter, but also a little further so you’re out of the very busy streets. 5 mins to train street and near some great shops and eateries. Hotel staff are very helpful and gave us tips on where to go out and eat etc - breakfast is good, you can have eggs made your way and help yourself to the buffet until 10am. There is a small gym and spa located on site. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The rooms are large and have everything you need. It’s a little pricey but we enjoyed our stay here. Oh and there’s a lovely big bathroom with bath :-)

    An Amazing Stay in Hanoi

    Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and provided a welcome tea and snack. The staff are most warm and always smiling. We are so impressed that most staff spoke English so very well. On both recent visits, Lucas accompanied us to our family suite and showed us all of the attributes. The rooms are well-equipped and air conditioned and very quiet. A most delicious breakfast, with both savoury Vietnamese elections as well as western selections, is included in the top-floor with a view restaurant, the Indigo. There, the staff are also very accommodating and friendly. We also enjoyed happy hour at the rooftop Eclipse Skybar together with dinner - being brought up from the Indigo restaurant one flight below us. The bar staff and serving staff were terrific. The location of the hotel is in the historic old quarter near to train street and a short walk to many shops, sights and restaurants.

    I can only assume that the image for this hotel pictured here on Tripadvisor (& also on the hotel's website) is from the premium side. I did not stay on the premium side & didn't even know about the premium side until I was in Hanoi (it's 2 separate entrances too). However, this is not to say that I would not recommend this hotel because I absolutely do recommend Acoustic Hotel & Spa. The regular part is less expensive, smaller rooms, & exactly what we needed for our trip. I cannot say enough about the service in this hotel. It was amazing - 5 stars plus! You ask for something and it's brought to you immediately. You can have your laundry done for a very reasonable price. You can also arrange for transportation to and from the airport for a reasonable & competitive price.The location was also perfect. It is not right in the most crowded (touristy) area but close enough to walk there if you want. Trains street is practically right around the corner. There's many places to get coffee, eat and shop within walking distance.They have a gym which we didn't use but we did go to the spa for a massage. If you want a massage while in Hanoi & you are staying here I totally recommend using their services. (Outside massage places pressure you financially.)There is one thing I would forewarn people about & that is the shower. Obviously I don't know if all the rooms are like this, but ours had a tile floor that was extremely slippery, so just be careful. Otherwise, the Acoustic Hotel & Spa is a great place to stay.

    Such a amazing hotel. Everything was perfect. Clean room, breakfast, location. Very good gym. And over all, service and staff. Best I ever seen in my life. Special thanks to Fiona. So helpful and nice person. We spent in hotel 4 wonderful nights and everything was perfect.
