    Comfortable 3-Day Business Stay at Bach Duong Hotel

    I stayed at Bach Duong Hotel for 3 days at the beginning of August during a business trip, and I was really pleased with my experience. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the air-conditioning kept the room nice and cool so I slept well every night. The hotel’s location is convenient, close to many eateries and easy to get around.What impressed me most was the friendliness of the reception and staff – they were always helpful, whether I needed directions or a quick print of some documents. The room rate was very reasonable for the quality provided.If I come back to this area, I’ll definitely choose Bach Duong Hotel again. Thank you for making my 3-day stay so pleasant and comfortable.

    Excellent quality hotel, spacious room, clean, has parking space, enthusiastic and attentive staff, always available 24/7 when I need it. I will introduce friends near and far to come and experience. Will come back here if I have the chance. See you again

    I stayed for a business meeting on the area and was surprised by my experience in the hotel The front desk only speaks vietnamese and could not communicate well in english. Hotels around the world should at least impose basic english communication.Room service cleaning is not cleaning everyday despite having the tag on the doorway set to clean. Thedly did this for 5 consecutive days without cleaning my room and the garbage has been piling up.The room has a horrible smell especially in the bathroom.The worst experience is that there are always loud people shouting at the hallways at night. I dont know if these are the workers or guests but they really dont have the sense of decency to at least be quiet at that time of the night. And the worst part is that the hotel management is not doing anything about this. Horrible experience, will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Check out other hotels in the area.
