    Very Bad Hotel deceiving!!!! Do not stay here!!!

    DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!Pictures are taken from on location in hotel shows the rooms nice BUT it is a noisy place you cannot have a good sleepVery dirty found a glasses that shows they never cleaned the roomWork is happening at 7 am very loudRooms are not clean at all and leakages in toiletsRestaurant closes at 9 pm we arrived no food for kids evenVery bad customer service including manager and whole teamWe had to leave the hotel and rent somewhere else because it is a scam!! Pictures online are deceivingLots of rules not published online!! Balcony is half a meter only !!Scammmm!!!

    This is a big scam and nothing but 5 star hotel as they claim! The rooms that you see on the website / booking / agoda are very far from reality. The corridors of the hotel look like a hospital that has not been maintained for years. We booked for 3 nights but after arriving immediately decided to cancel the remaining nights.The hotel staff was rude, especially manager Kenny. I tried to cancel via Agoda but the hotel refused to confirm the cancellation.There are room without the windows or windows facing the wall of some trash. Sink doesnt work and everything is VERY old. There is no food after 9pm. Just avoid this hotel if you dont want to ruin your holiday!

    The rooms are very big the location of the hotel is also very good the ambience of the hotel is also very good the only thing I missed was the outdoor pool was not heated as the views from the outdoor pool is amazing but could not use it as the water was very very cold

    Wonderful place to stay easy access to cat cat village 2km away and right in the heart of sapa close to train station wonderful breakfast snd stunning views
