    We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Bella Premier Hotel for three nights and could not have been happier with our experience.We stayed in the Family Deluxe Lake View Room, which was spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The view overlooking the lake was wonderful, especially in the mornings and evenings. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the quality of the linen and overall room furnishings was excellent.What truly made our stay special was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was warm, friendly, professional, and spoke excellent English. They were always ready to help with a smile and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.The location is simply perfect. The hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance of many of Hanoi’s attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shopping areas. Being just a short stroll from Hoan Kiem Lake made exploring the city incredibly convenient.If you’re looking for a hotel that combines spacious and comfortable rooms, exceptional service, and a prime location, Bella Premier Hotel is an excellent choice. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.A truly memorable stay and one of the highlights of our trip to Hanoi!

    Amazing hospitality. The best thing about our stay was the staff. The warmth, proactiveness and helpfulness throughout our stay. Good breakfast buffet, Clean rooms, Best location, everything is in proximity. Highly recommended.
