Location

The hotel is a wonderful place located right in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, the most ancient commercial centre. It is only a 5-minute walk to the famous Hoan Kiem Lake and 10 minutes by bicycle to many attractive destinations such as the Temple of Literature, One Pillar Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh complex or the water puppet theatre. A range of restaurants, shops, bars and small local markets can be found in the hotel’s surrounding area. It also takes only 45 minutes to get from the hotel to Noi Bai International Airport and the suburbs of Hanoi where most industrial parks are located.

Facility

Units include 2 suites, 18 single rooms and 18 double rooms located in a 9-storey main building and a 10-storey auxiliary building. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the reception desk. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine.     They rate them selves as 4 star hotel, they are worst thn 1 star. Super unhygienic Toilets here can give u diseases Staff is extremely impolite and always trying to earn money out of you by selling early check in room Staff name - Peter We booked the room for 4k a night and he is giving us a room for one hour early check in for double the rate Truly bad and super super unhygienic

    Location is excellent as staying in old quarters all are walkable and accessible.For service the day staff are very courteous and nice however the night staff were very rude and non friendlyRoom size and lobby is very very disappointing... they are very small. Though rooms are neat and clean but size is unexpectedly super small with no balconies or outside view also. You will be lucky to have a window if atvall you have.This is rated as 4 star but not sure how basis the amenities.. however for the location and some courteous staff marks on. The morning breakfast menu for veg is also very limited and whatever is there also is not good... :(. If u are a vegetarian.. be prepared to carry se food or survive on fruits and salads.

    Most pathetic hotel I have ever stayed. It is a joke to be a 4* hotel. Rooms are stuffy. No windows!. Rooms are dark. Toilet is leaking. entrance is like someone entering a shop. Breakfast is without Much choices. Not on time in the morning. Reception staff is rude. It is better to avoid this hotel. Three are much better choices available.

    We were supposed to stay in another hotel in Hanoi, Amara hotel, the day of the check in, they transfered us to the Beryl charm hotel saying it is the same level.We arrived late, 2 am and ended in a room without windows, bathroom leaks, noisy and two beds instead one king-size bed.The breakfast was very poor. The price of the room was only discounted of 15%.It looks like a scam hotel.

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5)I booked the Presidential Suite expecting a premium experience, but it was severely disappointing. The room was **outdated, unclean, and poorly maintained**—completely unfit for a hotel claiming four stars.The air conditioning didn’t function properly, and the balcony door wouldn’t close, leading to extreme noise from the street day and night. I barely slept.The lobby was disorganised and overcrowded, with poor service and no visible management. This only added to the frustration.Breakfast, which was included, was a disaster—no available seating, no staff assistance, and poor food quality. I couldn’t even get a proper meal.These weren’t minor issues—they made the stay untenable, and I had to leave after just one night and find alternative accommodation at my own expense.I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. This experience was incredibly disappointing.
