Location

Located in a historic and charming street of Old Quarter Hanoi, the hotel is a convenient place where guests can just step out and feel the true life of the over-1000-year-old beautiful city and its culture, distinguished by the historic sites, the true elegance of the old colonial buildings and the mish-mash of narrow streets in the Old Quarter. The heart of Vietnam, the Hoan Kiem Lake, together with the stories of the magic turtle and the legend King Ly Thai To who founded the city, is just a few blocks away. Guests can visit the famous Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre to watch an interesting show. Hanoi Airport is approximately 5 km from the hotel.

Facility

40 rooms, including 2 junior suites, 15 single rooms and 20 double rooms, are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the city from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station are standard features. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Guests can enjoy a selection of sport and entertainment options. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, massage treatments and hiking. Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and a dinner à la carte offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    Amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, offering both buffet and made-to-order options. The room was clean and comfortable with no issues at all. This experience made me love Vietnam even more. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    We stayed for a week in June and were thoroughly impressed by the hospitality, especially from Ly at the reception. They remembered our names, accommodated our request for a room change, and made us feel genuinely valued. It’s rare to receive such personalized service these days. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!A special shout out to Ly who was ever so warm, friendly & helpful. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants, day trips and even tailoring service. She was attentive to our needs throughout our stay and went out of her way to help us whenever she could. She has certainly made Hanoi a very welcoming place for us!

    Bespoke Trendy not only is an amazingly clean 5 star hotel, the staff make it even more special and the food is definitely 5 star as well. I would not look elsewhere in Hanoi when I return as my experience with them was amazing. Mei the supervisor there was briiliant and gave us a lot of fantastic tips on where to go and how to get there - also organised our transport and such . Just brilliant !!     Our stay at Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi was nothing short of wonderful.The location is one of its biggest strengths—perfectly connected to all the major attractions, making it incredibly convenient to explore Hanoi without spending too much time commuting.The atmosphere of the hotel is warm, cozy, and welcoming.
