    The hotel room was clean and staff were polite , only issue was with hot water in the bathroom . We stayed in 7th floor hence had to use the lift which used to stink, but the room was perfectly fine and comfortable. Our point of contact Sarah was always communicative and ready to help whenever needed.

    Worth hotel experience in Hanoi old town

    I made the mistake to book here for couple of nightsThe breakfast is the worth in Asia include the very roof staff, especially the younger lady is a nightmare.. same food every day, almost no choice disgusting meals…The room is outdated, the cleaning 2Min/ day WHEN I was in the room… what if I am not???Horrible experience‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

    A very relaxing and welcoming environment, the front desk reception was facilitated by Mai, who helped me constantly with places to eat, and rides, and 2 day river cruises. Located in the heart of old Hanoi, Mai was kind of enough to help get food after hours, a nice area with a lot of character. I would definitely stay there again!

    This hotel definitely had a more worn look then seen in pictures however the amenities and bed were still very comfortable and acceptable. The only thing to note was there was visible stains on the bedsheets but other than that there is room service every morning and the room feels clean . The hotel was also slightly out of the main old quarter in Hanoi, so if you don't mind walking it is good.

    The location is good, still close to the Hoan Kiem Lake and close to a lot of places. They have good options for breakfast, and check in/out was pretty smooth & seamless. There’s 24-hr front desk and they make up the room and change the towels daily. The only thing that’s not as described was the room soundproofing. Some guests can get loud (and it happened during 1 of the 3 nights i was there), i was so sleepy when I joined the tour the following day because i was never able to sleep again after their loud conversations in the hallway at 2am.
