    The room was spacious.it was city facing.so small shops and food joints , roads and everything was visible from the room.Breakfast was the best.The executive boy with spectacles was very courteous and with a smiling and greetings gesture.breakfast has too many options .Sky bar had a great view of the lake and even the breakfast room had a great view.The room was comfortable.bed was good .The shower was hot .It was near the lake only a 1 min walk.The door bell staff helped my elderly mother with luggage and everything .They were fast and attentive.Welcome drink with some dry fruits was provided.It was tasty.All Food Joints are beside the hotel and hoan kiem lake visit was really good every dayWe stayed 3 days in bonsella at twin room with city view.Overall hotel staff was very supportive The hotel,room everything was clean

    We loved our stay here, so much so that we came back after our Ha Long Bay cruise. What makes the Bonsella stand out from other hotels are the wonderful staff. Honestly, nothing is too much trouble and they carry out their duties with a smile. The friendliness and efficiency of reception makes you feel welcome every time you walk into the hotel. A special thank you to Hunt and Ryan who looked after us exceptionally well - we were very impressed with how you went beyond our expectation by accommodating our requests. And to Long and Anh too, who do a great job in reception and in the rooftop bars - you make great gin and tonics also. The hotel itself is in a gorgeous alley a few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. The Old Quarter and other attractions are within walking distance so the location is excellent. The rooms are tastefully decorated and a good size. The breakfast is delicious with a wide selection of options to cover every taste. Thank you Bonsella Hotel - highly recommended.

    This was our second stay as we were here in 2023. We still would recommend this place right in the heart of old town Hanoi . The staff are friendly and the cleaning standards are good . It is an older style building but has charm . We had some communication problem when we tried to book a shuttle from port . Otherwise we would recommend 🤗

    Great hotel with lovely helpful staff. Great view from the cocktail bar. Room was very tidy and serviced daily, with fresh water bottles and snacks. Breakfast was a treat with so many choices.
