    Excellent stay in Hanoi’s Old Quarter!

    We had a very pleasant stay at Dal Vostro. Sophia and Andy at the front desk were very kind, hospitable, and accommodating from the moment we approached the building. The junior suite was spacious, clean, and temperature controlled. We loved the breakfast buffet, too! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice play to stay in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

    A very good hotel! It is in a great location, 5 minutes walk from Hoan Kiem lake and in an area with lots of good spots to eat and drink.Our room was clean comfortable, the breakfast was pretty good and the overall atmosphere very welcoming. That is because of the wonderful staff. Friendly and efficient. Every staff member made us feel welcome but a special mention to Sophie, Anna and Helpful Harry.

    We stayed at the Dalvostro Valentino hotel at the start of our tour of Vietnam. It is in the heart of the city, only a 5 minute walk to the lake where there are bars and street food restaurants aplenty. 4 can still have a decent meal with a beer for around £10 - £12The hotel is very nice and very well run with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and very clean.We went for an overnight cruise to Halong Bay and returned to the Dalvostro the following evening. The hotel held all our luggage for us so that we could travel light.Nice buffet breakfast with lots of choice and fresh eggs cooked to order.Would recommend this hotel as being great value in a terrific locationBrilliant service

    We stayed at Dal Vostro Hotel & Spa for three nights and had a strong experience from start to finish.The room was well presented and good value for the price point. Clean, comfortable, and exactly what you need after a full day exploring Hanoi.What sets this place apart is the staff. Friendly, attentive, and consistently focused on service. Their level of English made everything easy, from organising bookings to getting clear, practical local advice. It removed a lot of friction from navigating a busy city.Nothing felt like an effort for the team. They were engaged, welcoming, and always looking to help.If you’re looking for a well-located hotel with reliable service and strong staff, this is a solid choice.Highly recommend.
