    1. Situated at a very good location easily accessible within Hanoi. 2. Hotel atmosphere and rooms were well maintained and luxurious. 3. Worth the spend. 4. Regular cleaning with proper hygiene. 5. No outside noise, it was a peaceful stay. 6. Services were good 7. Good staff and was helpful in providing all the amenties.

    The experience at the hotel was truly memorable. The staff were friendly and provided prompt support. Especially Ms Thơ – Room Division Manager, who was always enthusiastic and attentive to guests. Every time I come back here, I feel like I’m returning home.

    I’ve stayed at this hotel several times whenever I travel to Hanoi for work, and it has always been a reliable choice. The location on Nguyen Luong Bang Street is very convenient, with plenty of local food options around and easy access to places like Vincom, which makes getting around the city quite simple.The room feels more like a studio apartment than a typical hotel room. There’s a separate sleeping area, a small living space, and a kitchenette, so it’s very comfortable for longer stays. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped.During my last trip, I also used their café space for a small meeting with a few experts. It’s not large, but it has a cozy and warm atmosphere that works really well for this kind of gathering. The drinks were also good, which added to the overall experience.Overall, it offers good value for money.

    I had a wonderful stay here for 18 nights. The room is spacious and very clean and comfortable. I liked having the washer/dryer in our room. The front desk was very helpful in answering all our questions and volunteering information on what might be closed. The trip to Ha Long Bay arranged through the hotel was excellent and high quality. Breakfast was included and it was a great way to start our day. The staff was always cheerful and helpful.Drram
