    Fantastic location.Away from the bustle of the old town but just a short 20 min. taxi ride away. Beautifully appointed property. Everything spotless. Lovely, really helpful staff, who made great recommendations for local eating. If we come to Hanoi again we'll stay here.

    Awesome spot to stay. Quiet away from the centre of the city but easily reachable by Grab. Staff were awesome especially Jess and Patrick on reception who could not have been more helpful.

    Staying here for the second time, excellent service and hospitality, room very clean and spacious (we had premium apartments this time), poll and spa are good, great breakfast, recommended

    We arrived late at night & were greeted by Adam, who was working the desk. He was so helpful, when I wasn't thrilled with the view from our room. I had requested garden view, & their order was for lake. He worked hard to move us & we got a view of both. The room was huge & very clean. The restaurant was very good. Best breakfast buffet we had during our 21 days of travel. I also went to the spa which was very enjoyable. Sadly the pool was being repaired, but it wasn't really warm enough in my books for a swim, so I sat in the garden for a while, reading. There is construction going on around the area, but Hanoi is noisy, so it didn't really bother us. And the room was sound-proof. The hotel arranged for our drive to & from the airport, which was good. Adam made our stay that much better. Very polite & always smiling. This is a beautiful, privately-owned hotel close to everything.

    From the moment of my arrival till my departure five days later I was made to feel welcome.Fantastic pool area.Great location even with construction. Fortunate o have a 'room with a view' which made for a relaxing vista after day being a tourist in a VERY LOUD city.Generous breakfast.Highly recommend.
