    This hotel is a clean, well located base to explore Hanoi from. The staff are all kind and helpful. Only downside was a limited breakfast offering, but as the hotel is so central there are plenty options nearby.

    We had a fantastic stay at Golden Rooster Hotel in Hanoi. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer.We travelled as a family of six, including a 5-month-old baby, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even sterilising baby bottles on request and upgrading us to a spacious family room.From the warm greeting on arrival to helping with luggage and storing it for us on our check-out day, every interaction with the staff was exceptional. Their attentiveness and genuine care really stood out.The included breakfast was another great bonus—plenty of options and more than enough to keep us energised for a full day of exploring.Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi, especially families!     Good option in Old Town

    We stayed here for two nights - squeezed between Ha Long Bay cruise (one before and one after). The stay was enjoyable - the breakfast was quite good, and the room was spacious, and the staff was friendly.Couple of suggested improvements: the electrical outlets in the room are limited (they are oddly placed), the lighting in the room was a bit dim, and finally the luggage must be properly labeled. When we came back from the cruise, we were brought the wrong luggage which was a bit disconcerting. It took about 5 min to find our proper suitcase - this should be organized much better than what we experienced.
