    Stayed here for 2 weeks and it was amazing. The location is absolutely spot on and the hotel itself was spotless and cannot fault it one bit. Special shout out to Ms Thao on reception, she helped us enormously with bookings, changes to bookings and advice for anything. Also big thank you to Peter, Hung and Quan the service you provide is outstanding. We cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone thinking of coming, you will not be disapointed.If i could say one little thing is maybe have smart tvs in the room so people can watch some netflix at night when resting. We stayed in a few different hotels while travelling and they had tvs that we could watch netflix on. 5 STAR RATING!!!!AMAZING HOTEL!!!!     We had a wonderful stay at Golden Silk Hotel in Hanoi. The location is perfect for exploring the Old Quarter, and the hotel itself is stylish and comfortable.
