I stayed here when I have something to do with Japanese Embassy near there. The room is small but very convenient. It is equipped everything I need in a business hotel. The only thing I was uncomfortable as staying here was that there was not any reasonable restaurant near here and it takes much of money to go to the center by taxi.

By the paneled ceilings and walls it's easy to discern this old lady was once an aristocrat. Now, though old and weary she still lies at the edge of the hi rent district. Hi end shops and hotels @ 10x the cost are walking distance from her resting place on a quiet side street.Our room has a balcony looking out over the city. Bed is a bit firm, room is very clean, zero bugs, better air than most. Staff does not do English but are very kind & helpful. We feel safe & good value for the $.

Pros:1. Very cheap.2. But the room is not so small3. There is a balcony.4. Helpful staff.5. Aircon works well.6. Good location, many restaurants nearby.7. Strong WIFI signal (around 17Mbps for download)8. Hot shower available.Cons:1. No backup power generator makes no connection to The Internet, no aircon and no operation of the lift when power outage.2. Bad smell coming up from bath room. (But you can switch on the ventilating fan.)3. There is no "Do not disturb" tag.4. Honda-girl's temptation near the hotel in the middle of the night....I would say cheap price has the reason, you know.If you are a budget traveler, I would recommend.
