    My experience in at this hotel was amazing, as the service and staff were excellent. The rooms in the hotel were kept very clean. The hotel location couldn’t be better and it was very convenient. I am deeply grateful to the staff because my friend had left her baggage at the hotel right as we were going to leave Hanoi, the staff at the hotel brought her baggage to the airport right on time. The space at the hotel was also splendid and the room was very comfortable.

    Perfect location and comfortable stay in the heart of Hanoi's Old Town Area

    We had a lovely stay at this hotel, right in the middle of all the action of the Old Town area of Hanoi. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful and even tried to help me understand Chinese on a travel app. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering both Western and Asian options. Although the rooms are small, this is typical for the narrow buildings in this area. I would suggest that you pack lightly and don't bring large luggage if possible, as even the elevators are small compared to some other cities. Be careful crossing roads in the area, because even though drivers are used to the chaotic traffic scene, many visitors are not. Enjoy your stay and feel safe and comfortable in Hai Bay Hotel.

    Enjoyed my stay. Room was as described. Comfortable bed, very good location to everything. Hotel staff extremely helpful and caring. They even helped me mail packages back to the USA.
