Located in the rapidly developing commercial and diplomatic Ba Dinh district of Hanoi, and part of the Daeha Business Centre, which includes an apartment and office building, the hotel enjoys a location where guests will find unlimited indulgence, whether for leisure or business matters. Noi Bai International Airport is around 30 km away from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 4 lifts and features 411 rooms and 33 suites. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.     Very clean room. Stayed at the club level. With free laundry. Is always my 1st choice of hotel whenever I am back to Hanoi.

    帰国便の日付を1日勘違いするという大失態をしてしまい、パニックになっていたところをフロントのスタッフの方々に救われました。夜遅い時間だったにもかかわらず、男性スタッフのDarwinさんは知り合いのガイドさんに連絡して空港の状況を確認してくれたり、自分のことのように親身になってサポートしてくれました。また、女性スタッフのJadeさんは、落ち込む私に何度も「Don't worry!」と笑顔で声をかけて励ましてくれました。操作に困っていた航空会社のサイトも一緒に操作して助けてくれて、無事に便の変更ができました。DarwinさんとJadeさんの温かいホスピタリティのおかげで、ハノイがもっと大好きになりました。素晴らしいスタッフがいる最高のホテルです。本当にありがとうございました！I had a major panic because I misunderstood my flight date, but the front desk staff saved me.Despite the late hour, the gentleman at the front desk, Darwin, was incredibly helpful—he even contacted a tour guide friend to check the airport situation for me as if it were his own problem. The lady at the front desk, Jade, kept smiling and encouraging me, saying "Don't worry!" She sat with me and helped navigate the airline's website until my flight was successfully rebooked.Thanks to the warm hospitality of Darwin and Jade, I fell in love with Hanoi even more. This is the best hotel with truly wonderful staff. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!

    Really enjoyed our stay at Hanoi Daewoo Hotel. Spacious, comfortable room and bed, goodvalue for money. Very attentive and helpful staff including Irene, Mike, and Sebastian, Chloe was outstanding! Excellent breakfasts, lovely clean pool and spa area. Great location, big supermarket, shops and restaurants nearby. Easy, inexpensive Grab ride into the old quarter and tourist attractions.
