    フットマッサージを30分でお願いしたのに勝手に60分されて1番高い料金を請求された。全く思いやりのないホテルだと思った。仕方がないから払いました。I asked for a 30 minute foot massage but they made it 60 minutes and charged me the highest price. I thought it was a completely inconsiderate hotel. I had no choice but to pay.

    A very nice hotel in the old quarter. Nice and clean rooms with all bathroom facilities. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choice, continental or Vietnamese. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. You are right away in the towncenter with plenty of good restaurants

    Super nice hotel and very friendly staff! They help you with everything. The rooms are very clean and breakfast is fantastic. It is very wel located near the old quarter. They arrange any trip you want. We will defenitely come back here again.

    We stayed hotel for one night, breakfast is great, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, room is clean, and the decoration is very tasteful. shower is very good, easy to access major place around old quarter. We had a great time, highly recommend.

    Lovely small hotel with excellent service and great breakfast. Staff is very helpfull. Rooms are modern and beautiful. Located in the center of the Old Quarter of Hanoi, everything on walking distance nearby. We received a free upgrade to larger room because we felt ill for a couple of days! Very grateful for that🙏🏻
