    Perfect for an overnight stay in Hanoi

    Great location, near the airport shuttle drop off which was perfect for us. In the heart of the old quarter and near the French quarter and round the corner from Thang Long water puppet theatre.Overall a nice hotel for the price and perfect for our needs of an overnight stay in Hanoi. Pro’s Great central location and easy to get to.Lovely cool AC in the bedroom Amazing views from the 11th floor rooftop bar / lounging area and 12th floor restaurant whilst having breakfast. Staff - reception staff were so welcoming and accommodating, genuinely lovely and a credit to the hotelCons (for us) Photographs of the hotels gym and pool are very misleading! Both are open to the elements but undercover on the 11th floor. Breakfast was in the restaurant on the 12th floor and we felt was a bit lacking for us as we are both Vegan. I did email prior to our arrival to advise of our dietary requirements, although we did manage to eat something. If you are disabled or unable to use stairs this hotel is no good for you for the restaurant or pool area.

    I was here for the second time and I really enjoyed it. Celine and Chloe They recognized us and really made us feel at home. In addition to the fact that the entire staff was kind and wonderful, the hotel itself was also excellent, with a nice pool and a sufficient gym.The location is also excellent, very close to the lake and the old city center.

    Chloe and Celine was, amazing. The hotel in general was great. Breakfast was amazing. The View of city was amazing. Also great staff they are patient and always there to help, especially if it’s your first time in Vietnam!

    Just the best experience in Hanoi! I loved everything from the breakfast, gym, pool, rooftop and the staff is super nice. Thank you Chloe for all the help!! I would definitely come back here if I have the chance !

    Chloe was very good and the staf in generaly very good. One looked like china man in pink panter and was very helpful and kind person. Best to all.
