    The hotel has a good location with a nice view of the lake. The guest room was modern but a bit small for a 4-star standard. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of natural light.The Chinese restaurant served tasty dim sum, but the menu felt a bit limited. The staff were friendly, though the service was occasionally slow, especially during peak hours. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but there’s room for improvement. I would consider returning, but I might also explore other options.     I had an amazing experience at Hanoi Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, making the check-in process quick and seamless.     The location was nice, with a decent view of the lake, which added to the ambiance. My room was modern and comfortable, though it felt a bit small for a 4-star rating. The bed was cozy, and the large windows let in good natural light.I tried the Chinese restaurant, and the dim sum was quite tasty, but I expected a bit more variety on the menu. The steamed shrimp dim sum was good, but some dishes felt average.The staff were friendly, which I appreciated, but there were times when service was a bit slow, especially during peak hours.     Had an epic stay at Hanoi Hotel! The staff was suportive. My room was on point—clean, comfy, and had all the good vibes. Location iss Perfect for commuting to other parts of the city. Food was amazing especially if you like asian cuisine. Definitely coming back next time I'm in town!     It’s the worst casino I ever visit.Sometimes I win and they said they out of money and can not pay back the winning amount.On 10th May night I pay there and paid by my card, after that I won and I asked to put back in my account, they given me one receipt and said they canceled amount, it’s already one week and I didn’t got it back, I spoke to their bank(BIDV) and bank said it’s not canceled and not cut from their account to pay me back. Still they are saying that they deposited. I am stuck, it’s 3090 Usd.I will never recommend this to any of my friend.
