    Very poor staffs, we paid alot of money for 4 days stay and while going to the gym, staffs just want to kick us out

    I had the poorest available services, room was good but staffs just want to go in, 3 times wanted to kick us out of the gym they said for maintenance, but the maintenance could be done another time and guests satisfaction should come first, not rigid excuses like we had plan for this and plan for that.     Excellent staff and friendly services. Located 10 min from the airport. Spacious room and super clean. The hotel provides great buffet and room services.     An excellent hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, extremely clean, with nice touches, excellent lighting and a great view. The lobby area is beautiful and clean. Also did money exchange here at a reasonable rate. Did not try the restaurant.     Complaint Regarding the Attitude of Reservation Staff

    Dear Management of Hotel Nikko Hai Phong,I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the unprofessional conduct and disrespectful attitude of your reservation staff during a recent interaction.When I contacted your team to request a change or postponement of my booking due to the national mourning period — an unforeseen and unavoidable circumstance of national significance — I was met with a lack of empathy and unwillingness to assist. The staff member not only refused to offer any reasonable solution, such as rescheduling or crediting the booking, but also communicated in a dismissive and impolite manner. This is highly unacceptable, especially from a hotel that promotes itself as operating at an international standard.I kindly request that the management investigate this matter seriously and provide an official response.     I absolutely love this restaurant! One of my favorite Japanese places ever! I enjoy the sushi, udon and the drinks as well. And the food quality is fantastic, worth the price! Not to mention the amazing servants, they were so nice and kind! I enjoyed the wonderful experience here.
