    The location of JM Hotel was perfect. It was right in the center to walk to a lot of different restaurants and attractions. The four Customer experience when you walked in when you left was A+. They made you feel at home and cared for. The rooms were a decent size and pretty. I would’ve enjoyed a larger bed, but the twin room was perfect. The atmosphere is really elegant as well. It’s more of an experience overall that they provide.It is a great value for your money and you’ll leave feeling better off than when you arrived. The amenities of the restaurant and bar on the rooftop were perfect as well as the spa. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

    The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. A special thanks to Lyly, who always responded quickly via WhatsApp whenever we had questions. She was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The staff also kindly allowed us to relax in the lobby until our flight on the last day. Thanks to their excellent service, we had a wonderful stay in Hanoi. Highly recommended!

    Our stay at the JM was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group, always being friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They assisted us with everything from booking massages to recommending fantastic restaurants, making our trip seamless and enjoyable. We were so impressed that we even extended our stay. Highly recommend!

    The JM Hotel was amazing! From the moment we arrived the hospitality & customer service was great! Very friendly, very clean, and a great restaurant amd rooftop bar! I also enjoyed the spa services which were also amazing! Highly recommend!

    Me and my family enjoyed the stay at the Marvel Hotel. The lobby manager Trang Nguyen displayed fabulous friendliness and helpfulness to make sure we are safe and enjoy our holidays. She is the best!
