    The JW Marriott Hanoi is an exceptional property. The rooms are spotless, modern, and incredibly spacious, and the overall amenities and dining options are fantastic. But the real distinguishing factor of this hotel is the staff and their genuine hospitality.The service at the Executive Lounge was a particularly, Giang and Minh Anh were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout my family's stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

    I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hanoi and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the property and the genuine warmth of the staff. It truly offers a comprehensive experience that makes navigating Hanoi seamless.**Highlights & Outstanding Service**A special thank you goes to Quynh Anh Hoang and Sumit. They took us on a weekend temple tour that was a highlight of our trip. Both of them are incredibly kind and attentive; their personal touch and passion for sharing their culture made the experience unforgettable.Furthermore, the complimentary shuttle service is excellent—extremely flexible and accommodating, even at irregular hours, which made getting around the city completely stress-free.**Wellness & Fitness**For those who prioritize fitness and wellness while traveling, this property is a dream: * **Gym:** medium sized and ok equipment, but great view. * **Pool:** The 25-meter pool in the "Sky" area is spectacular and offers a fantastic atmosphere. * **Sauna:** The 90°C sauna is perfect for recovery after a long day.**Executive Lounge & Dining**The Executive Lounge is fantastic. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the service team there is top-notch. The offerings during Afternoon Tea and dinner are also high-quality and delicious.**Areas for Improvement**While the Spa area features high-quality L’Occitane products, there are two areas that I feel need adjustment to match the hotel's otherwise high standards: 1. **Bathroom Amenities:** The toiletries provided in the rooms are unfortunately well below the standard of the hotel. They have a unpleasant scent and simply do not reflect the premium experience expected at a JW Marriott. It would be a major upgrade to see the L’Occitane range extended to the guest bathrooms. 2. **Fitness Nutrition:** As a performance-oriented guest, I found a lack of protein-rich options after working out. It would be a significant value-add if the lounge offered healthy, high-protein beverages—such as Whey protein shakes—across their breakfast, Afternoon Tea, and dinner services.**Verdict**A fantastic hotel with an exceptionally kind team and world-class facilities. If the management addresses the bathroom amenities and adds performance-focused nutrition options, it would be the perfect property in Hanoi. I look forward to returning!

    Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Good breakfast. We got a lake front suite, it was nice. Our hostess Thuy Li Quynh was a very helpful young lady. Professional and knowledgeable, she made sure we got what we needed, she made our visit remarkably memorable. There’s a young lady at the breakfast, so sorry that we forgot her name. She was sweet and charming, we can’t forget her beautiful smile! Thank you JW Marriott Hanoi for helping us celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary.
