A lovely stay at this hotel for our 4 nights in Hanoi. Used mainly as a base around our trips so perfect and no need for a pool or anything as had no time. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was clean with water provided daily. Would stay again for a short break. A big thank you to all the staff.

Rooms are lovely in pictures only which are posted on website but actually they are not upto the mark.I booked it for 3 days a room with window if I open the foul smells burns my nose.it is situated in a very narrow street.Hotel staff is also rude.

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

A little difficult locating the hotel as it is down an alley even with the help of google map. I booked a Junior Suite with a Balcony, and while the hotel website showcased a lovely room, my experience fell short of expectations. The cleanliness was disappointing, with dirty curtains and a bathroom that, lacking windows, displayed signs of poor repairs and unclean areas. The balcony was so narrow that I did not feel safe even standing on it. Shower temperature was difficult to adjust to your preference as it would go really hot/cold with slightest movement. Although I was booked for 4 nights, I checked out and went to another hotel instead. Highly not recommended!

Unclear pricing, intrusive questioning, ignored communication, rudeness and mocking towards my client on their whatsapp, left me deeply disappointed at La Beauté Boutique Hotel. These issues significantly tarnished my perception.

We booked a Junior Suite with Balcony, the details shown on the Hotels website should a lovely room but that was not the case. The hygiene level was very poor, curtains on the windows very dirty, the bathroom with no windows showed signs of botched up repairs & dirty areas. The one saving grace for this hotel is the amazing reception staff & they do provide an amazing service. But sadly our room on the 7 th floor was well below standard.
