    Great hotel, stayed here at the start of a tour and had booked an extra night pre-tour. Perfect location and the staff were so helpful. Breakfast was good and the rooms great.

    The hotels location is great. Within walking distance of the lake, water puppet show, train street, food street, shopping.Roo.s are very small with barely enough space. Staff friendly and helpful. Number of food joints nearby.

    I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Hanoi, because of the wonderful service received from Antony Nguyen, Operations Manager and his team of staff, from providing directions, to recommending tours and booking them. All of which were most enjoyable and a great life experience, including the rickshaw tour around the city to key sights. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast (included) was excellent, giving me a great start to the day of touring.
